An organic silver form, set with blue stones. Its contours suggest small celestial bodies, perhaps planets suspended in an unfamiliar orbit. Yet the silhouette also recalls a flower, introducing another possibility and making any single interpretation difficult to sustain.
The name Hermès returns from Téléphone à Hermès, as though the figure occupies a particular place in Jadoul's private mythology. Messenger between gods and humans, Hermès is associated with passage between worlds. His Roman counterpart, Mercury, adds another possible connection: the planet, the element, the celestial body.
Could the blue stones belong to an imagined constellation? Or is the resemblance merely something the eye discovers after encountering the name?
The ring offers no definitive answer. Its forms seem to hover between the botanical and the cosmic, as if carrying a message whose destination remains unknown.
Material: Silver, blue stones.
